Reiki

Reiki is a deeply relaxing Japanese healing technique which is great for reducing stress, tension and anxiety, it also helps to improve your energy and your sleep.  After a Reiki treatment you usually feel a sense of deep relaxation.  


Reiki helps to clear your mind and relax your body.  After a session you can usually think clearer and have more clarity about your life and what you would like to achieve or how to resolve a situation that has been on your mind.  It helps us to feel more relaxed and energised at the same time.


During times of stress Reiki is a great support, or when you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious or exhausted or if you just need some time out to rejuvenate.


During a Reiki session, you lie fully clothed on a massage table with a pillow under your head and towel over you so you feel comfortable and relaxed.
